The ideal time to enjoy the entirety of Qatar\u2019s offerings is between November and April, when the mild winter boasts average temperatures of 17\u00b0C. Residents and visitors take to Qatar\u2019s great outdoors, enjoying the country\u2019s parks and the ever-popular sidewalk caf\u00e9s in The Pearl-Qatar, Katara Cultural Village, Souq Waqif and Souq Al Wakrah.
